SCB Bank (UP2ME)
User Experience strategy and design for ‘SCB UP2ME’ Mobile Application. The project includes (but not limited to) the following key areas:
- Business requirements gathering
- IA (Information Architecture) strategy & usability testing
- Wireframe strategy & usability test
- UI (User Interface) design & usability test
- UI Style Guide Bible
- iOS, Android Native Mobile Gesture Design
Result: The new design allows SCB UP2ME to do what it does best; allows paying and receiving money at the simplest, none-boundary mode. People don’t need a bank account or credit/debit card to pay and receive money any more. Merchants and stores started to join UP2ME and partner up offering special eCoupons that successfully draw in first user base. Big applause to SCB innovative team.
